  • Complete a booking by visiting any of our offices, online or by calling our contact centre. Ensure you obtain the PNR or Reference Number and note it down.
  • On your phone dial *718*25*606#
  • Enter your valid PNR/Reference Number.
  • Ensure you have enough funds in your wallet to cover the transaction.
  • A prompt will be sent to your phone, input your PIN number to complete the transaction.

If the transaction is successful, the ticket will be automatically emailed to the email address provided and an SMS confirmation sent to the mobile number provided in the booking.

Important:
Payment prompts shall not be received if the funds in your wallet is insufficient to cover the transaction.

Online Payment Methods (Credit/Debit Cards – Visa & MasterCard)

  • Select Payment by Credit/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard)
  • Accept the Terms & Conditions and click Purchase
  • The system will redirect to the payment gateway
  • Select your card type: Visa or MasterCard and input the following information:
    • Full name on the card
    • Card Number
    • Expiry date
    • CVV
  • Click Pay
  • The system will redirect to the VerifiedbyVisa or SecureCode page to enter the One Time Password sent by your bank to authenticate the transaction.

If payment is successful, the ticket will be automatically emailed to the email address provided and you will be redirected to PassionAir website where ticket can be printed or downloaded.In case of failure the system will indicate failure and redirect back to PassionAir website.

For safety purposes, only cards that have the Verified by Visa (Visa Cards) or Secure Code (MasterCard) are accepted on our payment platform. Without this second layer of authentication,
your transaction will be declined.

ADB (Agricultural Development Bank) Bank Branches

  • Complete a booking by visiting any of our offices, online or by calling by our contact centre. Make sure you obtain the PNR or Reference Number.
  • Visit any ADB branch.
  • Fill in a PassionAir ticket payment slip.
  • Present the filled form to a teller with the payment.
  • Teller will confirm the validity of the PNR/Reference Number and accept the payment.

The ticket will be automatically emailed to the email address provided and an SMS confirmation sent to the mobile number provided in the booking.

 

Mobile Money

  • Select Mobile Money
  • Accept the Terms & Conditions and click “Reserve”
  • Your reservation will be confirmed, and Reservation Number (PNR) will be generated. Please take note of the Reservation Number.
  • Click on the link below the Reservation No. to be redirected to the mobile money payment gateway.
  • On the mobile money payment gateway, enter your Reservation No. and search
  • Once details are confirmed, click confirm to proceed
  • Select your preferred mobile money service

For Vodafone Cash

  • Select Vodafone Cash
  • Enter Name, Vodafone Cash number and voucher code generated on your phone for the transaction.

To generate a voucher on your phone dial *110# and select Option 6 Generate Voucher

  • Enter the voucher number and click pay
  • Follow prompts on your phone to authorize payment and complete transaction.

If the transaction is successful, the ticket will be automatically emailed to the email address provided and you will be redirected to PassionAir website.

 

For AirtelTigo Money

  • Enter the name and AirtelTigo Money number
  • Make sure the phone is available. Unlock your device if locked
  • Wait for an authorization prompt on your device
  • Follow prompts on your phone to authorize payment and complete transaction.

If the transaction is successful, the ticket will be automatically emailed to the email address provided and you will be redirected to PassionAir website.

Phone to Pay

  • Complete a booking by visiting any of our offices, online or by calling by our contact centre. Make sure you obtain the PNR or Reference Number and note it down.
  • Call our contact centre of toll-free number 0800 221 221.
  • Contact Center will send an invoice/bill prompt to your phone and guide you as to how to complete the payment.
  • Once payment is completed, the ticket will be issued and notification sent by SMS or email to the number or email address provided in the booking.
