General Terms & Conditions.

  1. Offer valid for sale from 01 February to 15 March 2024.
  2. Travel period must be between 01 February to 30 April 2024.
  3. Offer is applicable to 2 adults travelling on the same PNR and same itinerary. Spouses, friends, colleagues, partners, etc. this offer applies provided you are two adults.
  4. Offer applies only to adults. Children and infants are not eligible.
  5. The offer applies across all our routes.
  6. The two bookings must be in the same booking class.
  7. The two tickets must be issued simultaneously and instantly. Bookings cannot be held.
  8. The fare rules and conditions of the second (reduced-fare) ticket are those of the main ticket.
  9. The discount will be applied on the base fare i.e., the fare without tax.
  10. Both tickets can be refunded per the applicable fare rules and conditions on the booking class.
  11. Changes can be done on the companion ticket, but it will attract a fare difference and any eventual penalty according to the fare rules and conditions of the booking class purchased.

How to book & pay

  1. Complete a booking as usual
  2. On the payment page, under Discount Table, select “It Takes 2”
  3. Input the promo code 00N1UUVY in the Discount Password box and click ok.
  4. Fare calculation will be done, and payment must be made immediately.

Payment

    1. Payment can be done directly on the website by Visa or MasterCard.
    2. Payment by mobile money for the promotion can only be done by calling the call center on toll-free number 0800 221 221. Ask our call center agents for the “It Takes 2” promotion.

    Please note that using the payment short code or the mobile money payment option on the website will not work for the promotion.
