Confirmation Code
A confirmation code will be sent to the telephone number used in the contact information of the passenger. For those who have an email address, the itinerary will be sent which includes:
- A unique confirmation code
- Flight number
- The date and time of travel
- Departure and destination details
- Total cost
For passengers booking flights at a travel agency, the itinerary will be provided by the travel agent.
The confirmation code must be presented at check-in.
Booking online
Simply search for your flight on our home page and follow the steps.
Fill out the necessary information when prompted:
- Passenger details
- Contact information
- Payment information
At the end of the process, you will be provided with a travel itinerary.

You can call the PassionAir call centre on toll-free number 0800 221 221 (4 am to 9 pm) for reservations and enquiries.
Payment
You can pay for your PassionAir flight in a number of ways:

Fares, Taxes, Charges and other fees
Our fares include taxes and other non-optional charges including the hand luggage and checked-in baggage.
Notification
At the time of making a reservation, you will be required to provide your contact information which will be used to notify you when your reservation has been made and when there is a flight disruption.
If the reservation was made by a travel agent, kindly insist that your contact information be used and not that of the travel agency to ensure you receive all notifications from PassionAir.
PassionAir is not liable for any damages arising from cases where the e-mail address and/or telephone number provided was inaccurate, or if the passenger did not have access to, or failed to regularly check, the e-mail address provided or if the passenger was not reachable on any of the telephone numbers provided.
